Yeah, that's right and Seoul has 14 million people. I'm not saying they would "win" a war, but they could kill millions of S. Koreans and possibly millions of Japanese with their mid-range missiles.

They have a million man army and a million artillery pieces.

They would also kill or capture most of the 30,000 Americans stationed there.

They might be able to take the entire Korean peninsula before we could stop them.
