I do respect your point, but isn't that a bit like saying you want to wait for an ambulance to wander by after you have cut your carotid artery?

It is my absurd and naive hope that within the next ten years we get a third party that is pragmatic and not screwing the pooch on the pork barrel gravy train.

I think we will need some kind of major breakdown for any real change.
