Ex-convicts are not criminals, they're people who have paid their debt to society and have earned their full citizenship back. It's very clear they have the right to vote. Yet the Bushies target that group to disenfranchise illegally. Why? Because a high percentage of them are blacks who vote democrat. It's pure racist voter roll purging. That's one way they cheated to win Florida in 2000. 57,700 most legal voters of this type were purged from the rolls intentionally by Jeb Bush's people.
