I don't see it as anything remarkable that any true conservative in Congress would have respect for the principle of balance of powers and divided government... at least... not remarkable for any that have guts.

What I find remarkable are the craven few who get log-rolled regularly, and who seem comfortable with the principles of Authoritarianism.
