Do you eat one day and then fast for rest of your life? Similarly, do you build one office and then stop working? Or do you plan for better opportunity for the rest of your life? Your profit will not last long if you build just one. You will be living on that profit until it is wasted or you might invest in buildings and equipments to cater to such opportunities and then get busted. Nobody stops with one. If so, there would have been no credit bubble!!
