40% dont vote and actually, they are the majority!! Perhaps they have become so cynical they no longer believe in thier votes making a difference. I know here in the USA we have far too little representation for 300 million people and the big lobbyists have much more sway with the politicos than the little j5p (he can't afford 6 anymore - hehe) I remember some silly woman tells a lie on an indian guy and almost ruins his life - sadly I have had friends this happened to for real! Who has the REAL power in this world? ;)
