Frankly, as China becomes more powerful and potentially more belligerent (though I still have faith that they wont as historically China hasnt really bothered anyone outside of their realm of influence which to them includes Korea and Tibet) we would really appreciate a democracy like Japan and India being stronger in that area. I think if the Chinese felt NK was going to force the Japanese to rearm THAT more then anything else would get the Chinese moving on snuffing out that NUT JOB in NK. jdn
