The one possible rub I've read, is that antitrust meddlers might interfere with the acquisition. If it goes through this could be an excellent stock.

Thats what I was thinking. At a sub $11 price I dont see how a LT investor can go wrong. jdn

I have been following this stock for over 2 years and have been hearing the same stuff - what a great investment this could be - over and over.
Two years from now investors like you will still be saying it and worse yet believing it.
This stock was around 15 at the end of 04 and in spite of all the hype it is now probably dropping below 10.
