China just completed the railway to heaven.A 4000 thousand kilometre run to Tibet at a cost of 4.2 billion. This ends the isolation of Tibet forever.Good or bad it shows the world is rapidly changing and shifting its focus.Between India and China metal demand is only going to increase.

India is disorganized. Growing fast internally but business cannot benefit because of poor transpo infrastructure and poor overseas marketing. Too much democracy and internecine strife. Quality of goods is better than China, but market penetration much poorer. Economic restrictions prevent Indian business from prospering.
