Because Judge Hogan signed the search warrant authorizing the search, Mr. Jefferson's legal team was not surprised by his ruling upholding it.

ROFL. Tells you almost everything you need to know. The fact that Judge Hogan didn't recuse himself from ruling on the legality of his own act should also be instructive.

Let's see what the Court of Appeals says.
