TP, A bit of socialism not only provides a safety net, but also an inherent acknowledgement that the sucess of our country is due to the many.

Like I said before, I'm not against "bits of socialism" here and there.

Capitalism isn't, and will never be perfect, but like Democracy, its better than all the alternatives.

"Market failures" exist, but that doesn't mean that government will do better, it doesn't necessarily do better even in the specific area where a market failure can be identified.
