What is: --his response to greed? how does it translate into the death of millions? and how does intellectual bankruptcy enter into the equation? For somebody charging another with "intellectual bankruptcy" you are not making a very strong case for your own ability to stitch together a single coherent sentence. If you want to make a second crack at it, maybe you have a point you want to make. But it looks like you are just wanting to trash somebody without even explaining why. Namaste! Jim
