why? Us soldiers, kidnapped in Iraq, shown dead in video
A video was posted on the internet Monday, by the Mujahedeen Shura Council, showing what they claim are the bodies of the two American soldiers kidnapped and killed in June. Pfc. Thomas Lowell Tucker, 25, of Madras, Oregon, and Pfc. Kristian Menchaca, 23, of Houston, Texas, went missing June 16th during an insurgent attack on a US position near near Yusufiya, south of Baghdad. Their bodies were found June 20th and showed signs of mutilation and torture. In Monday’s video, two bodies can be seen, one of which is beheaded and both of which appear to have been mutilated. There has been no comment from US officials in regards to the authenticity of this video.
