On the issue of whether or not tax cuts can increase revenue:

I don't think that, as a general rule, that tax cuts pay for themselves.

Yeah, Bush is an economic genius...who would have thunkit. Just a quick question.......you don't see anything wrong with the picture? Hint: the deficits have been smaller that the WH's predictions for each of the last three years. Think spin and I think you'll get it.....maybe not.
