If abortion is so important, there should be no child left unadopted. To get credibility, take them all in.

People have to wait to get babies. There is no shortage of prospective adoptive parents. Older children (not infants or toddlers) might be harder to adopt but there are a lot of people willing to adopt them as well (my brother adopted a 7 year old), and in any case the 4 or 7 or 10 year old doesn't face abortion if they aren't adopted.

You don't normally if ever get a "adopt this baby or I'll abort it" situation.
