Which brings up a suggestion I have for voting reform. Every voter should be allowed one, just one, vote in another state's election for a national candidate. Like, we could each vote for an opponent of Kennedy, Schumer, Clinton, etc. By coordinating our votes, we could get rid of the worst offenders.

The Kennedy's are rich enough and Teddy's campaign coffers are just as fat as he is. Mounting a successful campaign against him would likely cost tens of millions of dollars. It would also instantly turn a whole bunch of people into enemies of the candidate.

Teddy brings home a lot of pork to MA. Why would they vote for national sanity when they have an advantage over the rest of the nation? It is the Me mentality.
