The corporate media, about 5 companies now down from about 25 in the mid 1990s, are slaves to the Republican party about 80% of the time. The NYTimes slavishly beat the drum for Dubyette's war of lies through Judith Miller's stenography that was dutifully printed on page 1 above the fold until the country capitulated to utter immoral stupidity. Hence the misery and chaos that used to be called Iraq. Hence the 45% increase in the national debt under Republican rule. Hence the massive war on the US Constitution under Republican rule. Hence the depravity of AmericanFascism which is Republican rule. You do know (DO YOU KNOW?) who owns the major media don't you? Do you? Note that Rove, trying to keep the NYTimes from straying into actual REPORTING is trying to claim that it is harming national security and may be committing treason. Note that he totally ignores the WSJ and the LAtimes and the WashPost for doing EXACTLY THE SAME THING. Rove, after all, needs his corporate media lapdogs. Rightwingers have NO FACTS. Why is that?
