That is the so called "$1,000,000" question that everyone around here is trying to figure out.

I think in my area of Bellevue which is near Seattle is being bought up by microsoft employees. I asked one why who just moved to my area which is about 1 mile from MSFT HQ and he told me he was tired of commuting to MSFT which was only about 10-15 miles away. That shocked me, because based on where he told he moved from isn't so far away.

I guess the time and now the fuel costs and the ongoing valuations increases justifies it to many. Seattle is starting to get like CA.

It all took of around 18 months ago when MSFT stated they were investing 10 billion to expand their HQ in this area and also started to buy up "ALL " of the commercial property any near the MSFT campus.

The local newspapers just reported entire Puiget Sound area is up on avg. 16 percent since Jan.
