Yes. Particularly this line "According to the National Bureau of Economic Research, the Early 2000s recession lasted from March 2001 to November 2001". But, ok. Have it your way. We never were in a recession, but the fall off in economic activity that happened after the 2000 election was not recovered until just recently. So, despite the pumping in of hundreds of billions of dollars due to the deficit, our economy has been basically stagnant. Why this is better, I dunno...
