Kind of stupid letting the POTENTIAL dilution out of the bag before the assets, revenues, and positive of the business plan.

But then again, some may sell w/o realizing the a/s is POTENTIAL dilution, and is not OUTSTANDING until issued and clearly is not part of the float if restricted.
