Is your sense that the PSL flippers are wealthy enough to ride out the crash, or are they going down with the ship?

If not, will they be able to absorb the losses they are going to incur or are they financially leveraged sheep who were led to the slaughter by their own greed?

I live in Michigan but have so much money riding on the housing outcome in Florida, and especially the Port St. Lucie area, that I am considering taking a drive down there to see what is going on for myself. Would pose as a potential cash buyer for a winter home and visit some realtors/homes in the area. The combination of speculator bankruptcies and all the construction layoffs that are finally starting to occur could have major economic implications for that area.
