<<U.S. May Want More Bank Data>>

I recommend Lichtenstein-based banking institutions, discreet, circumspect, and not at all vulnerable to the BS of the powers that be in Washington, perhaps in BVI or Bahamas corporate name, in turn owned by two double-blind nominees based in, say China and Russia.

I venture to guess that US banks will lose customers at a more rapid clip.

Also, perhaps making Euro a popular currency, as most USD transfers even between just about all nations are cleared through NY.

Then there is always gold.

To paraphrased some fool or other, "bring it on".

Chugs, J

<The program under consideration would capture international transactions involving only U.S. banks, while the SWIFT system logs transfers across any international borders. But the Treasury Department would be free to use the data for investigations and crime-fighting beyond terrorism cases.>

Elroy Jetson,

Thank you for posting this valuable info. To which I may add.My program is years ahead. If fully developed, the program results will lead the FBI and US Customs directly to the door bell to ask pertinent questions.

Regards,
