It's rather interesting to weigh the promptness of the PR response in relation to the "..Oh my Gawd.." FUD that was brought to the Board here on SI, and most likely other systems systems as well.

The crew at the HQ is certainly paying attention, and making timely adjustments or course corrections at the situation warrants. Although these people have had the luxury of working in the non-public, privately-held sector where they could tightly control their companies' destiny, they seem to be catching on pretty quick. And, since they manage to tap-dance very successfully in the international marketplace, I'll bet they have clearly identified the bottlenecks to progress and are also keenly aware of potential interlopers who might be trying to worm their way in where they are neither wanted or needed.

I think the reason a lot of us collected some of this is becuase we know that a bunch of DTCC Vapor Shares are going to be eliminated by the upcoming changes, and vending in the corporate assets of Sulja and Consultech will make the new-symbol shares pretty valuable.

John :-)

Carl - in theory I agree w/ you but in practice, I think you're being a bit harsh.

I've called perhaps 100 CEO's in the past year or two. You'd be amazed how few know intimate details of filings, SEC or even shareholder perception. You'd also be amazed that there are a lot who don't care. They don't say that but I've been able to develop a questioning style that has not failed me too often.

If anything, their quick response is RARE in pinky world. If anything, they are trying to say they care about us retail minority shareholders.

The corporate attorneys typically do the Secretary of State filings as a first step. It's likely that the CEO had no clue as it's just one of those papers that is a form and is pushed in front of a client in a huge stack of papers in these deals.

LOL...Carl, I am constantly amazed at the very basics of business that these little companies neglect. The incompetence scares the hell out of me. Not speaking specifically about LFWK, I am just speaking about many microcaps in general. I am long LFWK and think the company is making the right moves.
