No. They've done it many times now. There is a button, just
press it. I don't know what their deal is with this delay.
I guess its business as usual, regardless of the time
of the Fed's announcement, so the button person comes to
work at 11 am.

It has been 822 net working days since the last 2% down day.
That's 5 standard deviations from the norm. The probability of
