I still have to wonder why people paint beautiful scallopped paneling

Well, according to some rumors I heard it may be that the "smart new owners" may think that the "old owners" were trying to skimp on paint.<g>

At least that is the explanation some people from Fidelandia (previously known as Cuba)gave me of why the new owners had done it on some of my family's properties.

Of course, I won't visit Fidelandia & doubt that I will live long enough to be able to visit Cuba, but the hardwood walls on those houses could be brought back to life since they aren't "paneling", but 3/4" of the real thing.( different types of wood:light oak; red oak;walnut;maple; mahogany; varia;rosewood. etc..)

Congratulations on your hard work & wish that you will be able to enjoy it for many years to come.
