I know women who think the deck is stacked against women, too.

The last time I read the data carefully, say 1995 or 96, that was certainly the case. And e's data that she posted yesterday suggests very much the same thing. I haven't seen any data that says, in the aggregate, men do badly, financially, in divorce cases.

The Times piece was basically an argument for no fault divorce procedures in NY State. I was surprised since I assumed they already had such.
