LBighorn, I know exactly how you feel. I had a very good Jewish friend in Houston where I lived at the time, and when a war broke out that had the Arabs attacking Israel, my friend began getting recruits, and weapons, to go fight in the war, and I was young enough to want to join. In just a few days the war was over, just before we could get on the airplane to go there. It was the Six Day War, when the fastest thing on earth was an Arab tank with its back up lights on.
