No doubt about that.....although semis are not the only sector to suffer from that rip-off, they appear to be the only ones whose stocks are languishing.

EDIT: It would be nice if the SEC made this crap illegal.....the fact that these guys can backdate and it is "business as usual" is sickening.

Articles like this make me think we may have reached a consensus. Does ANYONE like this sector or is it destined to go the way of the buggy whip?

The slowing growth rate of semiconductor chips has me rethinking how I should value and invest in this industry.
