I'd be ignorant if I believed what you have written that's for sure. If you're paying union scale then you're doing it because of the unions. Anytime that you pay less than a living wage you put pressure on your employees to organize, and that is their right. If it was not for the unions, you'd be paying scab wages to illegal immigrants. You're probably salivating at the concept of having low paid wage slaves earning you extra money everyday. I'm retired. I don't work full time anymore. I'll post when ever I want to.
