The Supreme Court just found his treatment of prisoners to be illegal -- a long overdue ruling. His wiretapping program is illegal. His war is illegal. No.. the SCOTUS merely stated that the military tribunals, as orginally established, are unconstitutional. It does not articulate what the actual status of those detainees should be, only that the current plan to try them is not proper. So guess what? The detainees stay in detention until a proper method is arrived at. As for the rest, why haven't you folks had him impeached if either wiretapping or the war is illegal?? What are you waiting for??
