I'm sure Lennar is doing what their lawyers say they can do.

Its like the woman who put a finger into a bowl of fast food chili. The fast food company knew it was fraudulent and that she had been previously charged with a similar scheme, but criminal charges were brought against her the company couldn't really say anything other than they were investigating but did not believe the finger was served with the food. Her conviction and prison sentence eventually said it all.

The business that would pay off a person like this, thinking it is cheaper than bad publicity, is very short-sighted. Sometimes you just have to sit there and take the bad publicity and let your previous actions and integrity speak for you.
