"To each according to his need, and from each according to his means" is a quote from Karl Marx. I really don't like to hear the Chairman of the House Ways and Means Committee quoting Karl Marx. Perhaps you think that the US Congress doesn't follow enough Marxism? "But to take that paragraph as a foundation on which to accuse Dan Rostenkowski of communism is just unbelievable." To quote Ron Reagan, "there you go again." Please quit attributing to me what you want to hear, and start reading the words I use instead.
