Lennar will not be liable for back taxes if they pay the construction workers and the workers don't pay their taxes.

Lennar has hundreds, if not thousands of subcontractors. They have a dispute with one of them. To the rational person, this suggests a problem with that subcontractor, not a company-wide cash-flow problem.

If Lennar has a company-wide cash-flow problem, why is everyone else who is working for Lennar getting paid on-time ????? They're getting paid on-time here in Southern California.

Frankly Mish you have spun a preposterous fantasy based on the story you heard from a Felon. Have you taken leave of your senses?
