If you open the link below, there is a graph.....the graph shows unemployment dipping below 4% It doesn't show it dipping to 3.7%. Go ahead and find one source for the unemployment rate under Clinton reaching 3.7%. Actually you would have to show it as 3.6% as the most recent unemployment rate figures (from June) show 4.6% not 4.7. bls.gov; Excuse me, Tim but go back and look at the graph. You will see a blue squiggly line......it dips just below the 4. Make sure your glasses are on. If you don't see, then give it up. Also the 3.9 to 4 % it did reach was at the end of his term. Unemployment in the US has been declineing just as it was during a lot of Clintons term. If we have a jobless recovery now than Clinton also had one for quite awhile. mypetjawa.mu.nu; The first two years of the Clinton expansion was relatively jobless.......after that, jobs exploded. Places like Orange County were producing jobs at a rapid clip.....something like 50k per year. Recently, I checked to see how OC was doing under Bush........20K. This recovery has been very tepid. Worse......there is no confidence. With all the chaos bush has created in the world, people don't know what the future will bring. Bush brings a new meaning to the word, incompetent. He is a boor and and idiot. This is the latest from GS-8 meeting......you know the meeting where he cursed and everyone heard it: Apparently, he wants to be a masseuse..............
