I think the important implication is that we should not expect the SEC to cure this problem or thoroughly protect us from new forms of thievery.

That does not mean we cannot profit in spite of these problem.

You have to buy both low and also sell higher.

It's not safe to hold a stock forever when the SEC is not going to assure us a level playing field.

And they never will be able to do that.

Willcousa... I'm still smiling on the "Leader of the Band" comment.
