Has there been any public comment from Ted Kennedy on the collapse of the tunnel and the death of the motorist?

After all, this was Kennedy's project. He got the 17 billion dollars from the American taxpayers for it.

longnshort, I knew that, but did you know that FDR appointed him ambassador to Britain, where he contracted for all the Scotch whiskey he could buy, knowing that FDR was going to repeal prohibition. FDR's son was a salesman for Joe, and had sold a lot of booze by the time of the repeal, but Joe said that it wouldn't look good if the son of the President dealt in whiskey and didn't pay him a dime.
