The same is true of all of the home builders. They are laying people off, scrambling to line up new additional lines of credit and generally acting like there is a major emergency.

This stands in stark contrast to their generally cheery statements to shareholders.

Regardless, I'm sure Lennar has access to plenty of money to pay this particular subcontractor if it was warranted. Lennar is paying everyone else.
