Ted, No, because in the process, he told us as much more than we knew before........that his technology sucks and that he can't load a nuke warhead on a missile. Cheney already mentioned that fact before North Korea tossed their missiles into the ocean. Hussein had everyone convinced Iraq was a powerhouse when it was a paper tiger and he managed to get a lot of freebies. LOL, look where Saddam is now. Seems like his form of "diplomacy" ultimately failed. In any case, you and I can both agree that diplomacy doesn't mean, "Give me what I want or I'll kill people."
