Nice try at discrediting the work of McIntyre and McKitrick. However, I think that one should give more weight to the report of the U.S. National Academy of Sciences (NAS) than to the criticism in the self serving blog of Mann et al.

The NAS has vindicated McIntyre and McKitrick and completely discredited the portion prior to 1600 of Mann's temperature reconstruction.

As for your attempted smear of McIntyre, the validity of his statistical analysis does not depend on whether or not he was a once a consultant for a junior oil exploration company.
