They have been doing that since Israel came into existence Steve, and they all voted no in the original UN vote to partition the region into Israel and Palestine. And arguing against Israel in the UN tends to come up against the US's veto power, thus is seen as useless. Only the governments of Jordan and Egypt recognize Israel as far as I know, and the people in both countries are extremely opposed to the existence of Israel as far as I can tell.

From the way you framed this statement, it sounds like you really don't understand how the UN works and what the Muslim states have stated in the UN regarding Israel.
