Iran and Iraq will be one big country sometime soon. Doubtful.. Arabs and Persians hate each other more than Sunnis and Shi'ites. Hawk

Either way, it is obvious that you are backing an Islamic victory, over the US, in Iraq. An Iran takeover of Iraq would be a disaster for the US and the rest of the civilized world, which would probably please you quite a bit. === "Our support of Saddam against a non-existent threat from Iran has back-fired." OTOH, the Iraq war with Iran set Iran's imperialism and expansionist plans back many years. Iran's attempt to develop nuclear weapons will fail, AND Iran will have to stop it's imperialistic plans, or suffer the consequences.
