It doesn't much matter where Zarqawi was.
There is no indication that Saddam or Iraq was coordinated with him. He was hiding out in the American protected Kurd zone.

So your view is that the republicans in the Senate, which was made up of 51 Republicans and 48 Democrats, were able to completely influence the Senate Intelligence Report of 2004 and "cover-up" Cheney's intelligence manipulations? What other conspiracy theories do you believe in? How about Roswell? Was that a cover-up too?
