sentencing was reset for about 2 months from now. He thinks he can get out early, for time served, because of a variety of idiotic reasons. The judge has said that he's thinking of enhancements to the Federal Sentencing Guidelines so Larry shouldn't get his hopes up too high. His rationale for a "time served" release is that he really didn't cheat anyone and that he too was the victim of a con job (Inter Oil Gulf sold stock that was supposed to be restricted and they never paid him for it). He also claims the government "fixed" the trial by not giving his defense attorneys exculpatory information on a timely basis. Poor Baby! Dee Jay
