Yes, yet another of the blissfully ignorant. This is the same fool who thinks JT is sinking millions of his own money into the company.

Formula:
1. Issue yourself free shares
2. Sell said shares; pay some bills for company, pocket vast majority of $$$
3. Forgive debt company "owes" you for more free stock (see #1, i.e. rinse, and repeat as necessary).

Turek received 4.3 billion PLNI shares.

sold 4.1 billion.

lent $7.2 million to PLNI

has forgiven $5.7 million in 2005 for which he received Preferred convertible into 7.3 billion

he now has to receive more preferred shares for the other $1.5 million that was forgiven.

net: Turek has received that equivalent of 11.6 billion common shares, with several billion still owed to him
