Straw man. That wasn't the issue, and you know it.

An argument can be made for the USSC's pragmatic decision, but no good argument can be made for the decision based on law.

Frankly, it was a liberal decision. You should be surprised the conservative judges went along. As a resident of Florida I would like the stinking Fed's to keep their nose out of Florida elections.

You, on the other hand, like it when the Feds lord it over the states.

What's up with the Voting Rights Act, BTW?
