Polls were open for 13 hours, 7 am to 8 pm.

Assume you can get 5 runs per hour per van with 10 persons per van.

Thats 13x5x10=650 voters per van. To get 10,000 voter trips you'd need around 15 vans run to capacity. How many vans where there? How many van hours were lost? I understand that the tires were repaired and the vehicles put back on the road.

None the less, these folks committed crimes and need to be jailed and fined. Did it affect the election in Wisconsin? Probably not.
