I'd be reluctant to say how RR makes his picks - I have no idea. All I know (I haven't been on these metal boards for long) is that he was shouting about ARU well before it took off, and he's now posting repeatedly about CHX and TSC. After his first few posts on CHX I decided to give him the benefit of the doubt, and put some money down. It's now up 50%. Maybe his next 10 calls will go down the shitter, who knows? I'm ahead for now.

P.S. For better or worse, I've picked up a couple of your recos too: ECU, EXN, UC, MAI (all because I thought I needed some silver). The jury is still out, but MAI is looking particularly promising. One thing you can say about these junior miners, whether you win or lose, it sure is a lot of fun. And unlike you, I'm not a gambler (well, I didn't think I was.)
