I think the guy in Iran is more of a religious fanatic. He seems to share that trait with a lot of the Bush voters.

The guy in N. Korea seems a pragmatist that has been immersed in the philosophies and stategies of Joe Stalin since birth, so I think it might be nurture over nature with him.

As far as character traits, I think Bush has more of a sociopathic history than either of the other two.
