You think Greenspan, Snow, Kudlow, Lereah or Bush really cares about the little guy that will be left holding the bag? Make sure to wear a bullet proof vest and helmet when driving I-95 in SoFla this coming downturn. Going to be a lot of bitter angry people out there. Still every real estate show on AM radio down here is still on the air acting as if nothing has happened and we are only slowing down from unsustainable levels of appreciation.
