My recommendation... Buy all the PLNI stock you can afford. The increase in A/S has to do with SEC requirement to provide for a fallback alternative to a forthcoming "buyback" share restructuring., (5) I specifically asked if the current O/S and Float had changed in view of the Oct 13 increase in A/S from 1.8B to 5B shares. His response was that "the Outstanding and Float have not changed one bit."
